        Monitor motives school choice first-year VO

        Choosing a school is influenced by many factors. What were freshmen's motives for choosing your school and what doubts came into play? And what about your school's competitive position in the region? The monitor makes this clear.

        Students provide feedback on themes such as:

        • reasons for choosing your school and possible doubts;
        • How they experienced open days and information activities;
        • Whether your school's profiling is recognised;
        • Which other schools they considered and why those dropped out.

         

        The questionnaire is customised and students simply complete it online during school hours. You will receive a clear report, broken down by, among other things, school advice, which provides insight into motives and areas for improvement.

        Workload survey

        Workload is a major issue in schools. But how do employees themselves experience it, what factors influence their workload and what opportunities do they see to reduce it? The Workload Survey maps this out in a structured way.

        The study consists of two phases:

        • An online questionnaire in which employees assess their workload (perception) and influencing factors;
        • workshops at school, in which employees together formulate concrete and achievable improvement actions.

        Using the Teacher Scan, pupils or students evaluate their teachers on key qualities and roles, such as:

Every teacher receives a personal report with scores per quality and per class or group, compared to the averages of colleagues.
