Are you new to my.educationmedia.co.uk? Then set a password first. You can do this by clicking on the Sign in here click. Enter your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail containing a link to set your password. From now on, you can always log in with your e-mail address and your chosen password.

Always check that you have entered your e-mail address correctly and that the e-mail did not end up in your junk mail. Your e-mail address may not be known to us. Please check contact with us, and we'll take a look with you.

Retrieved from my.educationmedia.co.uk you can submit material for all reservations you have outstanding at DUO-Onderwijs. You will automatically receive a reminder when it is time to upload your material. All outstanding reservations can be found in the Booking overview.

Delivery specifications, such as the delivery date of the material or the desired dimensions, can be found by entering the Booking overview click on the relevant reservation. On the page Material delivery which then appears, you will find an overview with submission specifications and you can also upload the material.

When you have uploaded material, it will appear on your dashboard in the column Material supplied. You can also see that the status of the reservation has changed to Supplied. Once we have approved the submitted material, you will receive confirmation of this by e-mail. The reservation will then have the status Approved.

You will then automatically receive an e-mail informing you that the material has been rejected. We always tell you the reason too. You can then submit material again.

As long as we have not yet approved the submitted material, you can always change it by uploading material again. If we have already approved the material, please contact us. Please note that you may no longer be able to change the material if the submission date has already passed.

Unfortunately, forwarding material does not yet work automatically. If many editions are involved, please contact contact with us. Then we can help you with that.

At the moment, it is not yet possible to submit formatted text or to submit material via an html link. Therefore, for the time being, please submit material for a DM via media@duo-onderwijs.nl.

Retrieved from my.educationmedia.co.uk you can download the material for all reservations made in your media. By title and edition can be found in the Booking overview. This material has already been approved by us.

You can already download the material as soon as it has been approved by us. You will then see it in the Material supplied on your dashboard. Once the closing date has passed, we will still notify you that the material is ready for you.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. We hope to make that possible in the future.
