In DUO-Onderwijs's user-friendly Client Portal, you manage all research data for your school or board in one central location. You can monitor responses live, upload files such as lists of employees or parents securely, and download reports as soon as they are available. This way, your work is clear and you keep a grip on the progress and results of your research.

Together, we design the portal so that everyone sees exactly what is needed for their role. This avoids confusion and increases ease of use.

For example:

• As a director, you see the response and results at board level and per school.
• As a school headmaster, you only have access to your school's data.
• As an administrative assistant, you can submit files but not see results.

You also decide the order in which reports are made available. For example, you can choose to give the board or policy advisor insight first, and only then the directors or team leaders.

Prefer a different distribution? No problem. We are happy to think with you, a lot is possible.

In the customer portal, you will also find the online Results Dashboard. This allows you to easily analyse the results of your survey. You compare, for example, by location, team, age or function. This allows you to see at a glance where the focus should be.

Want to process the results further? Then easily export them to Excel or download individual figures and graphs.

Privacy and security are paramount. The customer portal is fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including the AVG, and is ISO-certified. So you work in an environment that is set up according to internationally recognised quality and security standards. File encryption is no longer necessary: your data is in safe hands with us.

Initial reactions to DUO-Onderwijs's client portal have been positive. Schools said they particularly appreciated the overview and user-friendliness. The design was considered pleasant.

The portal was developed in cooperation with users from the education field. Their feedback was taken into account to make the design logical for different roles, such as administrators, directors and administrative staff. As a result, the portal fits in well with practice within schools and boards.

The way you can view and share results was also well received. Users can decide who gets access to what information, and in what order reports are shared.
