Levende Talen Magazine (LTM) is an independent, practice-oriented and journalistic magazine, aimed in Dutch at language teachers and all others with a professional or personal interest in language teaching. The magazine contains current news from the field and articles on didactics, focusing on the practice of teaching.
Together with Levende Talen Magazine, Levende Talen Tijdschrift (LTT) is published four times a year. The articles in this magazine have a more scholarly character. They are reports of research or empirically based reflections.

Levende Talen Magazine is a publication of the Association of Teachers of Living Languages. The association is dedicated to the promotion and development of language teaching in the Netherlands. Levende Talen organises study days and conferences on language teaching and informs its members about news and developments in this field. Levende Talen is the oldest professional association of language teachers in the Netherlands.
