At DUO-Onderwijs, you work on projects that matter: we strengthen schools and help organisations that contribute to them. These include ministries, knowledge centres, educational publishers and charities. Together, we ensure that educational professionals can do their jobs better, and that students benefit directly.

DUO-Onderwijs is an independent research and consultancy firm. We have been conducting thorough research with schools and helping them with practical and strategic choices since 1995. And so we also help organisations, such as ministries and other providers, with research, advice and solutions. We work with a team of researchers, educationalists and consultants. Our mission: strengthening schools together.

• You will supervise projects for and with our clients, making sure they make an impact.
• You will analyse queries, write briefings and translate customer needs into concrete strategies.
• You will advise together with colleagues on research, strategy, positioning and concept development.
• You will stay abreast of what is going on in education and build long-term relationships with clients.
• You will work with highly skilled professionals who, like you, are passionate about education and its social relevance.

• At least 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment
• You know how to get to the point quickly and distinguish main issues from side issues
• You always look for the question behind the question
• You are good at listening to clients, understanding needs and turning them into clear advice and strategy.
• You are results-oriented and feel responsible for both content and impact and, of course, the achievement of the client's objectives
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, orally and in writing
• You have an affinity with education and our clientele (knowledge centres, museums, cultural institutions, educational publishers, charities and ministries)
