Junior researcher/ project leader

Would you like to contribute to better education in the Netherlands through research? You can! At DUO-Onderwijs you will work on projects that really matter to education. To expand our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic junior researcher/project leader for quantitative questionnaire surveys in education (among staff, pupils and parents).

You will start with an induction period during which you will get to know our working methods and participate in current projects. Once you have mastered that, you will manage your own (smaller) projects under supervision, monitoring planning and coordination, organising fieldwork, analysing data and translating results into clear reports and advice for schools. In this way, you combine research with project leadership and grow into leading projects independently.

• You have completed a college or university degree
• Preferably, you have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in project management and/or research (e.g. as a research assistant, junior project leader, trainee or internship). We also strongly invite starters without (or with less) experience to apply.
• You think in solutions, are structured and precise
• You are proficient in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of (primary and secondary) education is a plus
• You have excellent writing skills (Dutch, and if possible English)
• You have the ambition to advance to the position of researcher/project leader
