              Social Safety Survey

Social safety is a basic requirement for good education. Yet undesirable behaviour, from pupils, parents or colleagues, still appears to be a daily reality in many teams. Is cross-border behaviour recognised, discussed and acted upon? And do colleagues feel free to report undesirable behaviour?
Experience staff and pupils in safety and manners
Clarity on reporting behaviour, follow-up and blind spots
Advice for a safer working environment, by team or location

              Social Safety Survey

This is how social safety research works

We map how staff and pupils experience social safety: from verbal aggression and cross-border behaviour to unequal treatment. We also look at willingness to report, trust structures and follow-up to incidents.

You receive a report with breakdowns per team, function group or school location. Always with concrete recommendations for improvement actions and suggestions on how to implement these within your organisation. If required, we support the follow-up with presentations, sessions or working groups.

              Why measure social safety?
              • Insecurity often not discussed but felt
              • Figures reveal risks and patterns
              • By actively involving the team, you create support for improvement
